Yes. An email is automatically generated when your package leaves our warehouse. It is sent to the email address you provide when you place your order. If you do not provide an email address, we cannot send tracking information. The email is sent via an automatic delivery system called Quantum View Notify.

Yes. Orders shipped with FedEx Ground Home Delivery will be delivered on Saturdays. However, FedEx Ground Home Delivery does not deliver on Mondays. Certain Holidays are excluded.

Yes! We ship via USPS Priority Mail to Hawaii, Alaska and APO, FPO military addresses. No aerosol products. If your shipping address is incorrect on your order, please call us as soon as possible and we will be happy to change it for free. FedEx charges $10 to redirect a package once it has shipped. There is no charge for us to correct the address before the package is shipped.

Items must be returned within 30 days in like new condition with original packaging. * See exceptions below. To return an item, call us toll free at (833) 4-ULTIMA to receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Write this number on the outside of the package. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.

All “Free Shipping Offers” will be charged a normal shipping charge before a refund is issued. If the return of a product or products causes the original order to fall below the free shipping threshold the remaining items and returned items will be billed for the normal shipping charges.

The cost of the returned items, minus shipping charges, will be promptly credited via the payment method used. It may take 5-7 days for your bank to process the credit.

If you have received a defective item, please contact us at (833) 4-ULTIMA.

ultima-clearlydifferent.com covers return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error. We will provide you with a pre-paid FedEx label to return the product(s) to us in this situation.

Items returned for reasons other than defect or ultima-clearlydifferent.com error will not be provided with a pre-paid FedEx return label. These returns include reasons such as “changed my mind,” “did not like the product” and “ordered the incorrect product”.

Custom-made items cannot be returned. These items are made for your specific vehicle. Custom items include, but are not limited to: car covers, custom seat covers, Lloyd floor mats, and custom license plates. Please verify that the information provided for a custom item is correct before placing your order. Custom items are noted as such on the product page. We can only accept returns on custom items in the event of a manufacturer error.

Yes. Please call us at (833) 4-ULTIMA and let us know that you will be returning an item and what item you would like instead. We will assign a Return Authorization Number, which must be written on the outside of the package. Upon our receipt of the returned item, we will ship out the new item. You will be credited or charged the price difference, less shipping, to the original form of payment.
