International Retail Orders
Ultma offers several methods of international shipping for retail and reseller orders. It is important to note that Ultima is not responsible for duties, tariffs, other fees or delays as a result of shipping into another country outside of the USA. If you are unsure if your country has duties, tariffs or other causes for costs and delays on your purchase, please contact your local post office or shipping provider prior to purchase.
Ultima does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in Bradenton, Florida USA. Your business is important to us and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can. Return, Refund or Exchange
All Items returned to Ultima for warranty, guarantee, or satisfaction claims must be accompanied by completed Return Authorization form (RA). To obtain the Return Authorization forum please contact our customer service team by emailing email@example.com. Items retuned for any reason without Return Authorization or proof of purchase may not be processed
Customer is entitled to a their choice of exchange for like items, refund, or store credit pending review of the items and reason for return is evaluated by Ultima customer service. Shipping on courtesy exchanges is entirely the customer’s responsibility. In the event of a shipping error, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, for return authorization and any further instructions.
International Reseller (Dealer) Orders
Shipping details on international wholesale orders will vary. We ask that international resellers place an order on the website and choose International Shipping for their shipping option. Your credit card will not be charged at this time. *If you pay via PayPal, funds will automatically be withdrawn by PayPal.
Within 1-3 business days of shipping your order, we will email you a shipping rate quote based on the actual weight of your order. We do not mark up or profit on shipping. Upon your approval of the quote, we will charge your credit card and ship your order. We cannot ship your order until we receive your approval. You are welcome to arrange your own shipping.
*Please note, if you add anything to your order after we have calculated shipping, the price will increase because of the increased weight.
- We are not responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or tariffs.
- We cannot control delivery times to international destinations.
- We are unable to ship “Buy One – Get One Free” items, clearance items, or other sale items made by Ultima or PBMG to freight forwarders or to international customers.
- International orders over $500 dollars may require a bank transfer.
- Other shipping requirements such as “shipping only to billing address” may apply.
- We are not responsible for damaged packages once they leave the freight forwarder.

International Delivery Reminder
For international orders, any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt. Ultima does not accept responsibility for international duties or taxes due upon delivery.

Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash. See above for shipping details. Free shipping will be automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout. Terms of offer are subject to change.
**Delivery time goes into effect the business day after the order is placed. Delivery times quoted in shipping include this additional 24-48 hours which may or may not apply.
