We ship to all 50 states, Washington, DC, U.S. P.O. Boxes, within U.S. territories. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address.

Free Shipping

We offer free USPS Economy shipping with a purchase of $40 or more within the continental U.S.*. Excludes dealer orders.

Standard Delivery

Most orders arrive within 4-7 business days. Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes. One aditional day has been added to shipping quotes during checkout. While we make no guarantee, most orders placed before noon Eastern Standard Time will ship the same day.

Express Delivery

International Delivery

For international orders, any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt. Ultima does not accept responsibility for international duties or taxes due upon delivery.

Free economy shipping valid at Ultima.com on orders shipping to the continental U.S. (Puerto Rico and US Virgin Isles not included) and P.O. Boxes only. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash. See above for shipping details. Free shipping will be automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout. Delivery time goes into effect the business day after the order is placed.

Shipping Policy

As outlined above, we offer free ground shipping that is only available to US addresses (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US holdings) on orders of $40.00 or more (product price – excludes discounts, taxes and shipping).

We ship in one to two business days from date of purchase. Most shipments arrive within 4-7 business days from purchase.

You will receive an email once your order has shipped with tracking or other information for your package.

Please make sure your order is correct before placing it. Our system is completely automated and absolutely no changes can be made after your order is placed.

We do not ship to Military PO Addresses.

If you are outside the 48 Contiguous US States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) please request shipping quote to your destination. You order will not be shipped until you have authorized your quote. International shipping quote does not include duties or taxes imposed by the destination country.

Risk-Free Ordering, Hassle-Free Returns

Naturally, we want you to be happy with every item ordered from Ultima. However, if you need to exchange or return an item, we want to make it as easy as possible. If you’re not pleased with your purchase and would like to return it, or simply want to exchange your product for another, Ultima offers no hassle returns and won’t charge you an annoying “restocking fee

Simply contact customer service for a return authorization or RA. This way we’ll be expecting your return or exchange and we’ll know what to do when it arrives. You may contact us by email at any time or call customer service during office hours (8AM and 5PM EST) to get the process started.

When shipping your return, please include the RA number to the right of the address and be sure that you include the bottom of your invoice within the package. If you have any questions, please call us at (833) 4-ULTIMA (85-8462).

RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE

All Items returned to Ultima for warranty, guarantee, or satisfaction claims must be accompanied by completed Return Authorization form (RA). To obtain the Return Authorization forum please contact our customer service team by emailing info@ultima-clearlydifferent.com. Items retuned for any reason without Return Authorization or proof of purchase may not be processed.

Customer is entitled to their choice of exchange for like items, refund, or store credit pending review of the items and reason for return is evaluated by Ultima customer service. Shipping on courtesy exchanges is entirely the customer’s responsibility. In the event of a shipping error, please contact info@ultima-clearlydifferent.com, for return authorization and any further instructions.
